Valentín Quiroga

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Valentín Quiroga is a specialist in Exercise Physiology with a postgraduate degree in the subject and a certified Nutrition coach by Renaissance Periodization. Throughout his career, he has worked with hundreds of people around the world, helping them achieve their health and physical performance goals.

In addition, he has given multiple seminars, training other trainers, and has given lectures to the public, educating about nutrition, training, and human behavior.

Valentín is the founder and CEO of BE VILLA, an exclusive private gym located in Miami.

Master the theoretical foundations of science and understand its relevance in our professional practice to maximize effectiveness and obtain results. Learn to integrate the weight of scientific evidence with field observation, adapting it to the individual needs and preferences of each client.

  • Evidence-Based Practice

This module will give you a deep understanding of the science behind nutrition to ensure you understand what is required to influence change in your clients from a nutritional perspective.

  • Diet Design: Fat Loss, Muscle Gain and Maintenance.
  • Nutritional Periodization

In this module, we will explore the fundamental principles of training, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the processes that occur in the human body during physical activity. We will also address key programming variables and guide you step-by-step in designing effective training programs.

  • Training Variables: Volume, load, and frequency. Relative effort. Progression patterns. Exercise selection. Range of motion (ROM), tempo, and pause. Training periodization.

Understanding the basics of psychology can be very useful in your coaching career. In this module, you will learn about goal setting, behavior change, body image, and other important aspects of coaching psychology.

Together we will explore how to properly warm up and perform proper technique on fundamental exercises using dumbbells, barbells, and equipment in the gym.

Using science as a foundation, the course delves into psychology, physiology, and their application to training and diet to maximize your clients’ results.

At the end of the course, you will have to take a final exam to validate the knowledge acquired. If you pass, you will receive a certificate of attendance that accredits your participation and learning in the course.
